We are a global workforce which means some employees are fully remote and live in countries and cities that are not located close to a Q4 office. Some employees live close to and work out of a Q4 office location, often or on occasion.

We prioritize connection and will host virtual, hybrid and in-person meetings and events to provide a variety of experiences and opportunities to connect, for our blended workforce. We do not apply a ‘one size fits all workstyles’ approach here at Q4. We recognize and celebrate the fact that each and every Q4orce member has unique needs and workstyles. Offering a variety of experiences in how we work, communicate, collaborate, meet up and connect is geared towards satisfying the varying needs of each individual.

With a blended workplace model, employees are given more choices and flexibility to balance their work and life. You can arrange your work week to be its most productive by having office days for collaboration and meetings and at-home days for heads-down, non-interrupted, focused work.

We recognize the need for employees to take time away from the office to recharge. We provide employees with the flexibility of annual time off that best supports their desired work-life balance. Employees are entitled to request vacation time as needed, but your vacation time will be subject to approval by your manager according to anticipated business needs, employee performance and team equity.
